The HEDONIST opens its doors this Thursday at GRIDX, Wickrange. Born from a shared passion between Caves Wengler and Bernard-Massard, the HEDONIST is a meeting of minds. Two family businesses, rooted in craftsmanship and driven by curiosity, come together to create a place where enjoyment is key and every bottle is carefully selected. "We didn’t want to wait for the client to come to us, we wanted to go to them," says Gérard Wengler. "This place is unique, nothing like it exists for hundreds of kilometers." Designed by BETA Architecture, the interior balances curve and line, light and shadow, a physical expression of what great wine feels like. It’s refined, alive, and quietly confident. "We had the same idea in mind," shares Antoine Clasen. "Together, we can reach new people and offer an experience that didn’t exist before." Over 1,500 references across 500 square metres.
